Brand identity, naming, guidelines & application

We recently worked with Rustan's and SSI group to create a unified customer experience focussed 5 tiered loyalty programme that created a premium loyalty experience that goes beyond rewards, fosters genuine connections, and looks to turn drive deeper brand affinity.

We created an exciting, modern and progressive new brand identity that reflects the ambitions of the programme, and is unified across both groups.  The concept reflects the idea that there is only ONE place for rewards, luxury and brands, that as a community we are one, and that there is only One Rustan's.  We created the brand and applied this across detailed guidelines and various application elements to create a unified loyalty brand landscape.
