We have had the pleasure of working with Rustan’s for a number of years now, across a broad spectrum of projects and campaigns.


As Rustan’s celebrate over 70 years as the leading luxury retail destination in The Philippines, they are embarking on a journey to reaffirm the brand’s ethos and brand promise, be more innovative and forward thinking, and cement its reputation as the department store for quality, service and style.


We initially created a completely new and xx signage & wayfinding strategy for the Makati flagship store which was undergoing a beautiful and luxurious transformation, and from here then worked with them to set a long term creative strategy that would build the brand values and ambitions for the next generation.

The first creative launched was to mark their 70th anniversary, with a campaign that really celebrated the extraordinary story behind the department store that is still family run today. 

We really focussed on the extraordinary element, that worked as our core campaign heading and emphasised how Rustan’s brings the extraordinary to it’s customers through service, quality products and global brands - and has been doing for 70 years and counting.

Following this we have created a year long creative strategy to work across all marketing activity that worked across all online channels, and throughout the store in displays, events and activations.  Our approach is to enable Rustan’s to be creatively proactive, and ensures that all activity has purpose, and works towards the overarching brand values, really building the brand story and connection with their customer.  Campaigns and creative executions range from a Valentine’s campaign to Summer sale, and for Christmas 2023 we have created a 360 concept "Light up this Christmas, with Rustan’s” which takes inspiration from local traditions but with a global look and feel.  Our concept takes over the windows and exterior of the building in an uplifting and sophisticated execution, and takes you through the store with key activations throughout, all kicked off by an exciting and never-before-done launch event turning the specially made parol lights on.
